I just wanted to thank you for all you've done for us.
In Jesus Name,
Sometimes I get frustrated at the world, God. It's comments like, "Well, just because you know the Bible doesn't mean you live it" or "they just hide under religion". I get frustrated when people, that live out their own life, without thought of consequences, continually blame the ones that are trying to do better. If you say you are not willing to put up with someone's behavior and go to walk away, all of a sudden you are deemed the one in the wrong.
Funny, as I'm typing out my frustrations into the light, you answer.
So I am brought to three scriptures:
1) Acts 5:39: But if it is from God, you will not be able to stop these men; you will only find yourself fighting against God.
2) Matthew 10:28: Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather, be afraid of the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell.
3) John 15:19 If you belonged to the world, it would love you as its own. As it is, you do not belong to the world, but I have chosen you out of the world. That is why the world hates you.
Thank you for answering us God. Thank you for breaking our wills. Thank you for teaching us to trust you. Thank you for keeping our focus on you and not on others. Thank you also for pointing out that these issues are simply my own frustration and that you have it under control. Bringing darkness out into the light, although hard, can release it for you to work on it. Teach us to pray your will.
God, I also pray for those that are needing your healing, thank you for touching them and renewing their strength.
Holy Spirit have your way with us, in Jesus Name, Amen.
God, I want to pray over addictions of all sorts. For me, it's wanting coffee, for others it might be food, alcohol, prescription drugs, illegal drugs, ponography, gambling, lusts, even approval from others, along with many others.
God, I understand how something can grab hold of you and pull you away from truth. We trade a moment of fun, for a lifetime of bondage and God, I ask you to give us strength and passion to overcome these addictions. Let us not be able to make excuses Lord, but to take actions to correct the behavior and release it to you. Let the Holy Spirit fill that void that the addiction leaves behind and let us get hungry for you.
Let us learn to walk and live in your freedom and let that be such an amazing journey that we will not consider going back. They say it takes 21 days to form a habit or to break one, instead Lord, I ask you to break the bondage the moment we ask. Help us shed these weights and be obedient unto you.
Thank you for your love, in Jesus Name,
God, I ask that you protect our children from those things that the world is out to teach them. Rise up a generation Lord with these children that are boldly in pursuit of you. Let them be so tired of the things they are exposed to that they will want to seek out truth and purity. Keep them in safety Lord, protect them as they walk out your journey. Let the children come to you and teach us what being childlike is again.
Bless the children's parents Lord, teach them to repent and walk in your ways, to be guided by you, set free by you and enter into a relationship with you. Give the prodigal's the strength and hunger to return to you.
Bless the grandparent's Lord, bring back the influence of a generation that considered you Holy and respected the difference.
Holy Spirit you are welcome here, in Jesus Name,
God, I can tell you, as you already know, I have been thinking about the need for you to break my will. As strange as that sounds, there is no possible way that I can make this journey with my will. I need yours.
I think of Jesus facing his most difficult time while he walked with us and he begged to remember that it wasn't his will he could rely on as a human, but yours. God, I don't know what it's going to take, and I'm almost terrified to ask, but please break my will.
It is not possible to love people with my will. I see the surface, and it angers me a lot of the time. My reaction may not be the same as yours. I know there is a time to comfort and a time to walk away, and I need your discernment to determine what time that is with everyone I come in contact with. I can not form strong relationships without your will God, and I ask you to break mine.
Whatever the Father tells me to do, that's what I want to do. Break my will God and let me submit to yours.
In Jesus Name,

In Jesus Name,
God, help us to watch our mouths. We speak such negativity about ourselves. Help us to speak faith and victory.
Help us to edify those around us, help us build them up. The world loves to criticize and cut down, help us to instead instruct and build up.
Help us to see the positives around us, help us to focus on the important things of the world and make you the center of our lives.
Bless those with broken hearts or a victim spirits and send them people with your heart, that will surround you with love and abundance.
In Jesus Name,
God, teach us to focus. Teach us how to keep our eyes on you and off the world. Distraction is so easily accomplished. I heard of one of our very own church family members, who is on a missions trip, who was able to pray for the blind and they now see. God, give us that desire, that heart, that passion. Make a way. Thank you for her testimony.
God, I know when you build faith, you take us through the steps. You show us daily, how much you love us. Give us a teachable spirit and remove any unbelief and replace it with knowledge and understanding.
We so often look for others' approval Lord, I ask that you give us your approval. Let us hear your direction, your heart. Teach us to walk in your ways. Holy Spirit guide us. Give us passion, desire and boldness. Remove roadblocks and detours and help us move into a deeper level with you. Teach us to pray without reservation.
I pray for those that are in need today God, that you would replace their needs with more than enough. Thank you for their families and allow each person reading this to shine your light in their homes. Thank you for love.
In Jesus Name,
Good Morning God. Follow through can be difficult, especially when you don't see daily results. It's funny how one miracle can happen and then another and then a dry day without being in tune to hearing from you can make us forget the things you've just done. I think back to the prayers answered by Moses and how he freed those people from slavery just for them to want to return to it, because they went through a time of perseverance.
It's easy to walk with you when we know you are there, but the moment we think you've left us alone, like Adam, that temptation comes and we have to decide whether we are going to walk it out or fall victim to that temptation, whether we think you are there or not.
It's amazing how we can criticize the choices your children made throughout the Bible and how we can say what they should have done to obey you. The truth is, we do the same insanity circles, just in another generation and find an excuse as well. I love that we can see the whole story, and the outcome of your children back then, so that the choices we need to make can be easier. It's almost as though you've left a map for us to get to you when we haven't developed the ears to hear yet.
I pray for obedience and perseverance to walk this journey out, even on those days that we are unsure of the future. God help us with the realization that you never leave us and that even on days we don't feel you, that you remain. I pray for ears to hear what the Spirit is saying.
In Jesus Name,
God, restore us to our natural state. I pray that you will open eyes and hearts Lord and lead us back to you. I ask that you would watch over those that are reading this and give them an undeniable visit from your Holy Spirit. Touch us, Lord, that are lost, and seeking out paths of destruction. Pursue our hearts relentlessly. Show us what "love" looks like so that we will not find a need to seek out dead ends.
Restore relationships. Teach us your gifts and how to use them when dealing with others. The Holy Spirit produces fruit we will recognize, love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Those are the things we can look to obtain. Restore marriage unions. Break the bonds of adultery.
Restore health back to our bodies Lord, give us a desire to seek out healthy alternatives to what we are doing in our daily life.
Restore our Government as it was meant to be.
Restore life in Jesus name,
