Then the makers of the video added a shadow illusion.
They showed you how they can trick your brain just by using illusion to make your brain think something else is happening.
Of, course, I had to apply this to Christianity and apply it to daily life.
We've been fed a lot of information through media, through advertisement, through opinions. If we are told it enough times, soon we don't even have to think about it, it becomes "absolute" in our minds. For instance, what is the one thing you are the worse at doing? Now tell me, are you really the worst at that, or did someone, maybe even yourself, just repeat that sentence over and over when you did this thing and now you believe it, so it became and absolute in your head? Some things include how we see ourselves, some are good, but most are not. How we see the world. How we view sin, what's ok and what's not. What we base our opinions on. What's truth and what's not. Are the makers in your video adding shadow illusions? We live in a world of utter illusion and it takes a Perspective change to be able to view it through God's eyes.
First, you have to remove the world's lenses.
If you are not willing to do that, you may act like I did with my son and the statement he made about how we view color. You will argue the points of the Bible, because they don't make sense to you. Maybe you'll continue to live following the shadow illusion, maybe things will continue to get worse and you'll blame God for it. But someday someone will show you something, like the "dot" in the video and you will all of a sudden "see it". That's what the Bible does, it's alive and made specifically to help you discern the shadows in your life and if you seek it out, you will find Truth.
You shall know the truth, and the truth shall set you free.
PS, if you put your finger over the division between the two shades of grey up above, you might be surprised. Also, if you click on the word "YouTube" in red, you can watch the video I was referring to.
Have an amazing day friends! It's a gift!
